In a world where simple conversations can be a daily challenge for some, mixed-reality gave us a window of opportunity. Breaking into both virtual and physical spaces, we began bridging worlds to give everyone a voice.

Over the course of two months, ongoing collaboration and feedback sessions with the teams resulted in the creation of more than 80 wireframes

I led an accessibility-focused redesign through immersive user research and iterative development of 80+ wireframes. By implementing AR/VR design principles, we transformed complex features into an intuitive interface featuring optimized navigation, multi-sensory feedback, and multilingual support. The result: a streamlined, inclusive experience that breaks barriers for users with hearing impairments vergaing the new technology
